Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of jewellery and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Personal preference
* Incorrect product selection by the customer
* Slight variations in color, finish, or design due to photography and screen settings
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
* Order number
* Clear photographs of the product
* Images of the packaging received
* A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the request and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be approved if:
* The wrong item was delivered.
* The product arrived damaged during transit.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
Products must be:
* Unused and unworn
* Returned in their original packaging
* Accompanied by all tags, accessories, and invoices
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
* Processing time is typically 5β10 business days after approval.
* Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Colour & Design Variations
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and device screen settings. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
